2. Waitlist Registration

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive emails from us regarding product updates, launch announcements, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Referral Program

Our referral program is subject to the following terms:

• Refer 5 valid users to earn 1 year of Pro for free
• Referrals must be genuine and not spam or fake accounts
• We reserve the right to disqualify fraudulent referrals
• Rewards are granted upon service launch

4. Founder Discount

The FOUNDER50 code provides 50% off for life and is valid for waitlist members who sign up before launch. This offer is non-transferable and subject to verification.

5. Service Availability

StudySearch is currently in development. We make no guarantees about launch dates or feature availability. Service details are subject to change.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of StudySearch are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

StudySearch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
